Communication plans

You have an important project in the pipeline and want to communicate about it, but you are not sure how to go about it.

We will work with you to develop a global communications plan that takes into account your own media channels, social media, print media and the press. In doing so, we consider the organisation's own voice, the super-diversity of our society, and the organisation's ability to support itself.

If necessary, thanks to the wide network of professionals I work with, additional help can be worked out (press relations, translations, graphic work, development and creation of podcasts and videos, social media campaigns and advertising, use of influencers ...). With this plan, we work together to get your story out there and help your organisation succeed.

Work experience

Recently, the Jr.cE.sA.r. collective produced the haunting theatrical performance "Dear Winnie." The performance vividly shows the influence Winnie Mandela still has on many young women today. This is new information for many Flemish people. Therefore, a solid communication campaign was necessary.

We took a number of journalists to the north of the Netherlands, where the performance had its Avant premiere. The creators Junior Mthombeni, Cesar Janssens and Fikry El Azzouzi, accompanied by several actresses, took time to explain the most important milestones in their lives and what they mean to people today. In a podcast, we told the story of Winnie from the perspective of the creators and performers. We wrote a comprehensive program booklet in which the female performers explained what they thought Winnie stood for. All the material was made available to the audience in advance so that they were encouraged to expand their horizons. What followed was a terrific performance with cheering reviews and an audience that jumped up at the end and spontaneously started dancing along.
